Description
Unicook 12 Inch Round Pizza Stone is made of Cordierite stone which has excellent thermal shock resistance and can withstand up to 1450°F. It is much thicker and heavier than other stones in the market, leading to better heat retention and even cooking.
Unicook pizza stone is FDA approved and free from any harmful chemicals or coatings. Due to the unglazed surface, it is normal to see some cracks on the stone after multiple uses. These cracks do not affect the performance of the stone and are not covered by warranty
The large round stone is ideal for 12” pizzas and can also be used to bake bread, cookies, biscuits and other pastries.
To clean the stone, simply brush off any loose food particles with a stiff brush or scrape with a blunt knife after it has cooled down.
